Lettuce go to The Orange Peel

This Friday evening, Asheville will get a chance to see Lettuce play live at The Orange Peel. With their driving far-out sounds and multi-instrumental talents, the good vibes will be cranked up to 11. Friday night will mark the third time the group has performed here in our eclectic mountain town, and the show is ramping up to be one Ashevillians won't want to miss.

It all started back in 1992 when Eric Krasno, Adam Smirnoff, Neal Evans, Adam Deitch, Erick Coomes, Ryan Zoidis, and Rashawn Ross attended a college music program in Boston, MA. Brought together by a love of funk and fun, the guys would go on to form the groovy music powerhouse known today as Lettuce. Although the lineup has changed a bit over the years, the feelgood energy has stayed the same.

Just this month, the group announced that they'd be putting out a new EP and shared a song that'll be featured on the release. Mt. Crushmore is set to drop on November 11th and features the track “The Love You Left Behind” featuring vocalist Alecia Chakour. With no signs of slowing down, it looks like Lettuce will just keep shredding their way through the world of music. Go jam!
